If it's your first time getting a massage ever or your first time booking a massage with me, no worries! Here are some often asked questions and their answers to help with any you may have. If you have any further questions, please send an email and I'm happy to answer all questions!

I would like to book two or more appointments at the same time but can't find a way to do it. Can you help?

Currently at this time, Alpine Bliss Massage is just one therapist (me!) so unfortunately I can't offer two or more massages at the same time. If you would like to book two or more massages back to back, I'm happy to offer a complimentary cupping or hot stones treatment for each massage. Use code back to back when booking for the discount to be applied at checkout and make sure to check which add-on (cupping or hot stones) you would like added


Can I buy a gift card?

Currently gift cards are not available to purchase. Some other options are to give family/spouse/friend cash in a card with my information to contact to book or to tell your family/spouse/friend book with me and then you can zelle me directly after the appointment’s been booked :)

What payments do you accept?

I accept zelle, cash or credit cards. (Credit cards are not accepted with the local discount & I do not accept checks, venmo or paypal at this time). 


How do I book an appointment?

In order to book, please send me an email or text with the dates and times you're looking for and I will respond to let you know when I am available. You can also book by clicking on the "book now" button on the front page and choosing from the available times.


What is your cancellation policy?

My cancellation policy is 24 hours. Please make any changes or cancellations within 24 hours or full payment will be charged to the card on file.

Do you have a physical studio or just mobile massage to my home/air bnb/hotel?

Yes, I do both! I have a physical location in Avon at 137 Benchmark Rd, Avon, CO, 81620 (with free available parking) and I offer mobile massage to your location. 


Where is your studio located?

I'm located at 137 Benchmark Rd, Avon, CO, 81620 at The Seasons at Avon building. Inside The Seasons at Avon building I'm inside the Bluebird Ski Lockers. Please meet me at the front of the Bluebird Ski Lockers after signing your car in at the front desk.


Do you accept same day appointments?

Yes, absolutely, if I have the availability!


How long of a massage should I book?

I offer massage lengths of 60 minutes, 90 minutes and 120 minutes. Booking a 60 minute massage will provide a wonderful relaxation massage for the full body or to work deeply on one focus area. A 90 minute massage will allow us to go slower and spend more time focusing on 1-3 areas while also providing a full body massage. For people who are looking to have a full body focus session or who are very athletic, a two hour session will allow us to focus on the whole body. 


Do I have enough room for a mobile massage table?

The mobile massage table measures six feet by three feet so please make sure you have a space big enough for the table plus room for me to move around it. We can set the table up wherever you feel comfortable. Options include a living room, kitchen, bedroom, basement etc etc. If its summer and the weather is lovely, we can even set up on a deck or porch!


What do I wear during my massage?

For a full body massage, some people undress completely, but you should undress to your level of comfort, and choosing to wear underwear or shorts is perfectly acceptable. I will give you privacy to undress, and you will be covered with a sheet at all times except the area being worked on.


How will I feel after my massage?

Most people feel very relaxed. Some people experience freedom from long-term aches and pains developed from tension or repetitive activity. After an initial period of feeling slowed down, people often experience increased energy, heightened awareness, and greater productivity, which can last for days or longer. Since toxins are released from your soft tissues during a massage, it is recommended you drink plenty of water following your massage. 


Can I use my own music during the massage?

Yes, of course! You are also welcome to play a podcast or audiobook if that is what is relaxing and enjoyable for you or I can select appropriate music. 


Do you offer a locals discount?

I do offer a local's discount for massages booked at my studio between the hours of 10am&3pm! Please send an email or text to learn more :)
